Zivkovic Connolly Architects designs new buildings that are deeply responsive to their settings, thoughtfully envisioned and planned, and intended to endure while enhancing their owners’ long-term investment. Our work includes ground-up townhouses, apartment buildings, private residences, institutional projects, and other new construction in New York City and beyond.

A successful new building must address many considerations simultaneously, beginning with the owner’s ambitions and extending to zoning and building-code requirements, site and foundation conditions, structure, environmental performance, building systems, construction means and methods, budget, timing, and the implications for the people who will ultimately occupy it.

From early feasibility studies and conceptual design through approvals, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration, our architects coordinate these elements as part of a unified design process.
